PB & Chocolate Banana Sushi

a fun lunch kids will ask you to make again & again!

 

I’m back with a healthy, creative lunch for kids! In the words of my son, these are “SO NUMMY!”

 

You Will Need:

-1 medium-sized banana (not too ripe)

-Justin’s Classic Peanut Butter (or a nut butter of your choice)

-a small plate of Mom’s Best Cereals Crispy Cocoa Rice

-a popsicle stick & butter knife

 

First, peel a banana & pour cereal on a small plate. Put popsicle stick into banana to make it easier to spread on the Peanut Butter. Using your butter knife, cover banana with a thin layer of Peanut Butter. Roll banana in cereal & pop into refrigerator for 5 minutes to set. When set, slice banana into “sushi-size” pieces. Plate & watch as your kids eat their lunch with smiles on their faces!

 

These were SO fun to make & my kids immediately asked me to make these again! I hope you’ll give this fun lunch a try!
